OPEN SPACE:
OUR BREAD & BUTTER
The Open Space is over 1500 SF of white walls, vintage furniture, and 18 foot ceilings. It features our oversized corner cyc wall, styled vignettes, a changing room for talent, private kitchenette and access to our production supply closet.
SUN ROOM:
PERFECT FOR PLAY
The Sun Room, at 700 SF, features our custom banquette, movable bar, Cyc Wall and a large garage door. The light is diffused for the majority of the day, yet showcases a direct light golden hour sunset show on each clear day.
LOFT:
OUR HIDDEN GEM
The Loft is 190 SF and is the perfect getaway for your star talent. The loft is included as a bonus when you book All of Realm. It features massive windows that overlook the space and a 65” TV for presenting.

PRODUCTION SPACE
Realm has three distinct spaces that can be combined into over 2500 SF of space for shooting and entertaining. Video productions can range in scale, and we know that space matters. Book one Studio or book the two Studios in tandem to have more space to spread out, while staying organized.

The Open Space at over 1500 SF features an oversized corner Cyc Wall that’s 18’ x 20’ with light-diffusing roller shades on its windows. The 700 SF Sun Room has its very own Cyc Wall at 14’ wide and is next to our oversized garage door.

STUDIO RATES
Our studio rates start at range from $95-$200/hr and require a 2 hour minimum. Book All of Realm to reserve both the Open Space and Sun Room with the added bonus of the Loft included.

LOCATION
Just outside of downtown Denver, Realm is easily accessible whether you’re coming from home or from out of town. We are nestled in the corner of the currently developing York Street Yards in the Clayton neighborhood.

Cyc Wall
Our oversized corner Cyc wall is located on the east side of the studio with south facing windows and roller shades that provide full diffusion during every season. The curve of the Cyc is the perfect backdrop for a clean and bright environment, ready for transformation.
Furniture
Furnished in partnership with Capsule and Meek Vintage, our Studio features a variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs, plants and posing blocks. In addition to the clean and open Cyc wall, a few lifestyle scenes are photo-ready upon arrival. All furniture can be moved during your booking to create a custom look and feel.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator with a freezer, sink, kitchen utensils, a small selection of plates and glassware, counter space and options for trash, recycling & composting. The kitchenette is frequently used as a changing room for talent as it is conveniently located within the Open Space.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located through the double doors and down the hallway. These are shared restrooms with the rest of the building and have plenty of stalls for you and your guests.
Booking Timeframe
Load-in, setup, reset and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. Keep this in mind when booking to allow for ample time. If your shoot is running longer than the originally booked time, day-of time extensions are offered at a rate of 1.5x the normal rate, when available.
Check-in
A Realm Studio Manager will be on site when you arrive to acquaint you with the space, review policies and answer any day-of questions.
Included Space
The space you reserve is the space you have access to. You have the option to book only the Open Space, only the Sun Room, or the entirety of Realm which includes both the Open Space and Sun Room + the bonus of the Loft.
Parking
There is ample parking near the main entrance on the west side of the building. Additional parking can be found on the south side of the building as well.
Load-in and Load-out
From the parking lot there are options for stairs or two different ramps that lead to either a single hallway door or a double hallway door further down the building. Inside the hallway you’ll find a private double door entrance for stream-lined load-in and load-out access.
Cyc Wall
Please mind the curves of our beautiful cyclorama wall—while it is durable, it is not indestructible. Avoid walking or putting objects on the curves. Damages to the curve will incur a repair and repainting fee.
Prohibited Items
Glitter, confetti, open flames, and the consumption of drugs and alcohol are not allowed.
Privacy
Within the Open Space, the windows are equipped with roller shades. Between the Open Space and the Sun Room, we have a trio of sliding doors and a floor to ceiling curtain. All of the aforementioned options offer full visual privacy while still filtering as much light into the space as possible.
Audio Recording
Realm is not a sound stage and is located in a building with other neighboring businesses. We are unable to guarantee or facilitate a controlled audio environment. If you choose to record audio, we suggest booking All of Realm (both Studios) so you have control of the audio within Realm.
Food & Beverage
The Realm Open Space is equipped with a kitchenette for light food-prep. Pre-cooked food, food styling, or meal delivery is welcome during your booking.
Refund/Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel your booking please contact us. Our cancellation policy is very flexible and most situations result in 100% credit toward a future studio booking at Realm. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your start date, you will instead receive a 70% credit.
