Our Studios
Realm features distinct spaces, each with their own vibe. Book the Open Space and the Sun Room independently, or book All of Realm, gaining access to our Upstairs Loft.
Open Space
The Open Space is over 1500 SF of white walls, vintage furniture, and 18 foot ceilings. It features our oversized corner cyc wall, styled vignettes, 8’x8’ moveable wall a changing room for talent, private kitchenette and access to our production supply closet.
Sun Room
The Sun Room, at 700 SF, features our custom banquette, movable bar, 6’x8’ moveable wall, Cyc Wall and a large garage door. The light is diffused for the majority of the day, yet showcases a direct light golden hour sunset show on every clear day.
All of Realm
An All of Realm booking gives you access to the entirety of our space, for a larger than life studio experience. It includes the Loft, our hidden gem that is the perfect getaway for your star talent, a great option for an intimate interview, or bird’s eye view of our space.

On-site, Always
At Realm there is always one of our team members on-site to get you checked in and help you with anything you may need during the course of your shoot.
Booking Timeframe
Load-in, setup, clean-up, reset and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. Please plan accordingly or reach out to add extra time.
Natural Light
We often are asked, “What time of day has the best light?” Realm has a variety of lighting scenarios, weather permitting. Read more details on our studio guide.
Reschedule
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking start time using the link in your booking confirmation email.
Make it Your Own
Feel free to move the furniture around and create your own scene, as long as you return them to their original location by the end of your booking.
Cancellations
Most cancellations result in 100% credit toward a future studio booking at Realm. If it’s less than 24 hours before your start time, you will instead receive a 70% credit.
