OUR SPACES
Realm features three distinct spaces, each with their own vibe. Book the Open Space or Sun Room independently—or go big and book all of Realm to reserve both spaces with the added bonus of the Loft.

CONFERENCE & LOUNGE VIBES
The Open Space is 1500 SF of white walls, vintage furniture, and 18 foot ceilings. It includes two large conference tables, a 65” rolling TV and a small kitchenette. This is where the creative energy begins to flow.

EXTRA SPACE to
break out
The Sun Room is 700 SF and can be added on for a break out space next door to the Open Space. Connect the two or pull the sliding doors and floor to ceiling curtain for some privacy and separation.

UPSTAIRS LOFT
The Loft is 190 SF and is the perfect room for more direct conversation and relaxation. It features massive windows that overlook the space and a 65” TV for presenting … or watching Netflix.

LOCATION
Just outside of downtown Denver, Realm is easily accessible whether you’re coming from home or from out of town. We are nestled in the corner of the currently developing York Street Yards in the Clayton neighborhood.

Cyc Wall
Our oversized 18’ x 20’ corner Cyc Wall is located on the east side of the Open Space. Our 14’ wide Cyc Wall is located next to the garage door in the Sun Room. The Cyc Walls are the perfect backdrop for a clean and bright environment, ready for transformation.
Furniture
Furnished in partnership with Capsule and Meek Vintage, our Meeting Space features a variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs and plants to make your meeting inviting. All furniture can be moved during your booking to create a custom look and feel.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator with a freezer, sink, counter space and options for trash and recycling.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located through the double doors and down the hallway. These are shared restrooms with the rest of the building and have plenty of stalls for you and your team.
Booking Timeframe
Load-in, setup, reset and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. Keep this in mind when booking to allow for ample time for set up and tear down. If your meeting is running longer than the originally booked time, day-of time extensions are offered at a rate of 1.5x the normal rate.
Check-in
A Realm Venue Manager will be on-site when you arrive to acquaint you with the space, review policies and answer any day-of questions.
Included Space
The space you reserve is the space you have access to. You have the option to book only the Open Space or the entirety of Realm which includes both the Open Space and Sun Room + the bonus of the Loft.
Parking
There is ample parking near the main entrance on the west side of the building. Additional parking can be found on the south side of the building as well.
Load-in and Load-out
From the parking lot there are options for stairs or two different ramps that lead to either a single hallway door or a double hallway door further down the building. Inside the hallway you’ll find a private double door entrance for stream-lined load-in and load-out access.
Cyc Wall
Please mind the curves of our beautiful cyclorama wall—while it is durable, it is not indestructible. Avoid walking or putting objects on the curves. Damages to the curve will incur a repair and repainting fee.
Prohibited Items
Glitter, confetti, open flames, and the consumption of drugs and alcohol are not allowed.
Privacy
Within the Open Space, the windows are equipped with roller shades. Between the Open Space and the Cafe, we have a trio of sliding doors and a floor to ceiling curtain. Book All of Realm to secure auditory privacy.
Audio Recording
Adding a virtual element to your offsite? Realm is not a sound stage and is located in a building with other neighboring businesses. We are unable to guarantee or facilitate a controlled audio environment.
Food & Beverage
The Realm Open Space is equipped with a kitchenette for light food-prep. Pre-cooked food, food styling, or meal delivery is welcome during your booking.
Refund/Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable but we will work with you to reschedule your meeting for another day as long as you let us know at least 2 weeks before your booking. If you don’t have a future date in mind, you will retain a credit that can be put towards a future booking at Realm.
